Meet the team...
We thought we'd share a little more about us. We're alike in some of our ideas and definitely in our love for doing what little things we can to enrich the quality of life for others. But we are also different in a lot of ways. That's the thing we enjoy: seeing the diversity of our experiences culminate in ways that none of us could have imagined (or pulled off) individually. So, here's a little about each of us.

Trevor Gay
Trevor’s corporate career in management was with the UK National Health Service (NHS) from age 16 for 35 years. In 2004 he left that particular comfort blanket and now works as an independent trainer, coach and consultant.
Trevor has a passion for both simplicity and giving more power to employees working at the front line. He sums up his approach to simplicity as follows; “How many people go to bed at night praying their work will be more complicated tomorrow?”
Trevor, with his wife Annie completed the London Marathon in April 2009 raising £2500 ($3,750) for their chosen charity “Carers UK.”
Supporting unpaid family carers is another passion for Trevor who loves battling for the underdog.
Trevor has written Simplicity Blog now for over four years and you can visit it at this link;

Dan Gunter
Title: Chief Guru of "Why NOT?"
Dan has his roots in Native American traditions and teachings, and his work roots are in health care, public safety, education, and management, as well as video production and website design, the last two being his full-time career now. But his passion for excellence and quality in health care and organizations in general never sways. Dan is a staunch advocate of the "patient first" philisophy. Get him started on the subject and you might not get him to stop.
Now involved in full-time video production and website design, he loves making videos with a story to tell. Whether it's a one-minute advertising video, or a full documentary, Dan says the bottom line is "There's always a story waiting to be told, and nothing tells it like a good video."
